1. Definitions: For the purposes of
the present the following definitions apply:

by our Company in accordance with Article 6 § 1 (b) of the GDPR: Sending

Customers of the Company. Sending commercial communications by e-mail to
remind pending orders placed by users of the site.
5.4. Our Business collects and processes
personal data of its users/customers only for the above mentioned purposes
and only to the extent strictly necessary for the effective service of
these purposes. This data are always relevant and not more than absolutely
