• The products and services of third parties, advertisers or members appearing on the dualtron.gr website are intellectual and industrial property of third parties, who are responsible for their content, services and products.

• The site may contain advertisements, as well as include other material with promotional content, purpose, and character.

• Dualtron.gr has the right at any time to change or modify the terms and conditions applicable to the use of the website, or any part thereof, or to impose new terms, including without limitation the addition of subscription for use. Such changes, modifications, additions or deletions will be implemented immediately by informing users by any means, including publication on the website or email.
• All users visiting the dualtron.gr website must make sure they have been notified of such changes. Any use of the Website by the User upon such notice will be deemed to be made with the acceptance of any changes, modifications, additions or deletions.

 

8. Warranty

• Dualtron & Speedway eScooters are accompanied by Dualtron Greece's Two (2) Years of Good Service.
• Carefully read the Warranty Terms accompanying the products. Dualtron Greece provides technical support for the products it imports into the Greek market. These products have specific serial numbers and have a Dualtron Greece warranty on their packaging.
• Dualtron Greece guarantees that for the duration of the warranty it will cover with their own manner and means any damage that might show up in the products. A prerequisite for the warranty to be valid is that the products be used according to their intended purpose, in accordance with their specifications, as well as under normal conditions.
• Warranty will be void if the products are ever rented.
• For any technical claim or cover to the company, you should be first get in contact by email at info@dualtron.gr mentioning the serial number of the product (if applicable) and should be accompanied by the warranty form and a copy of the legal purchase document.
  
• Two (2) years of warranty on all parts other than consumable spare parts (eg tires, rims, brakes, etc.) The battery is subject to one (1) year warranty. (In the case of its autonomy, a six (6) month warranty applies.)

a) Start of Warranty

• The validity of the warranty is determined from the date of purchase of the products, on the basis of the receipt and Dualtron Greece warranty document that have to be presented.

b) The guarantee shall be valid if:

• The Serial No is clearly distinguishable and has not been tampered with.
• The product transferred to the Dualtron Greece Technical Department is accompanied by a brief description of the damage as well as a legal document stating clearly the date of purchase and the type of the product.

c) The guarantee shall cease to be valid if:

• The serial number of the product (Serial No) has been tampered with.
• Damage results from conversions, poor connection, poor installation or misuse.
• Damage was caused by an accident, voltage fluctuations, liquid or fire, maltreatment or negligence.
• Liquids have penetrated into the product (even if they have evaporated).
• Defects or damage to the product or its components have been caused by poor shipping or shipping without proper packaging.
• There are obvious signs of falling or breaking the device (eg scratches, crooked screws, cut cables, etc.).
  
  

d) The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear due to use on the outside and inside of the appliance or damage caused by an accident, lightning, water, fire, improper ventilation.
• Damage caused to the product by any adjustments that do not meet its technical specifications.
• Defects from solid or liquid damage, corrosion, oxidation or use of incorrect voltage.
• Periodic maintenance, repair or replacement of parts due to normal wear (eg pads, tires, etc.).
• Costs for home repair or costs from unauthorized workshops. Under no circumstances is Dualtron Greece liable for compensating for repairs that have been carried outside the authorized dealer network.
• Installations of materials and equipment made by third parties unauthorized by Dualtron Greece.
• Damage to batteries resulting from incorrect charging / discharging or prolonged non-use of the product as mentioned above.

e) Conditions of Transfer and Charges

• Transport of Dualtron Greece products to and from the Technical Department for repair is at the expense of the user.
• In cases the product is under warranty and has to be returned towards Dualtron Greece for checking or repairing, buyer shall bear the cost of transport to the company. If after the completion of the technical inspection it is found that the product is covered by a warranty, Dualtron Greece will refund the transport cost to the customer within 10 working days. The choice of how to return the product to Dualtron Greece is made exclusively by the company. If the buyer chooses its own way of transport and shipping the product to the company, Dualtron Greece is not obliged to cover this price.
• The transport the product should be done in the original packaging which should be kept in excellent condition to avoid damage during transportation. Otherwise, Dualtron Greece is not responsible for any damage to the product.
• If after the technical inspection it is found that the fault is not covered by the warranty, for the reasons mentioned above, the user is charged with the shipping and technical inspection costs. In the event that the user wishes to complete the repair despite the fact that it is not covered, repair costs are charged to the user.

9. Cancellations / Returns

ORDER CANCELLATION

Cancellation of an order is accepted only if it has not yet been executed and the item has not been delivered (i.e. no shipping invoice has been issued) either by e-mail or by telephone. 

You have the option of being informed about the course of your order, either by phone or by sending an e-mail.

In case it is not possible to complete the order due to non-attendance to receive the product, the order is canceled, the cost of the product is credited without the shipping costs.

RETURNS

• In general, product returns are accepted, however they are subject to conditions (see: Returns) and always within 15 days.
• Returns are not accepted for electronic parts (dc converters, controllers, EY2/EY3/EY4 displays etc)
• For product returns within the Attica region, Dualtron Greece recommends and suggests that returns be made at our store so that the customer will not be charged for return costs.

Specifically:

Product returns charged to Dualtron Greece

• Goods returned at Dualtron Greece’s expense will be accepted in all cases of an incorrectly executed order or in case of delivery of an item other than the one ordered (by type or quantity) or if the item has a totally or partially damaged packaging or if it is found to be defective. In this case, the customer must either not accept the product or request its return with the consent of Dualtron Greece. The products must be returned in the same condition they were received by the customer. In the event that they are not returned at the time agreed upon with Dualtron Greece, the Online Store is entitled not to accept the refund and therefore to refuse the replacement. In all cases, the product intended for replacement must be returned along with all original documents accompanying it (e.g. shipping invoice, retail receipt and so on) as well as its full packaging. Goods returned at Dualtron Greece’s expense will take place either by Dualtron Greece's personnel and transport means, or by courier, and not in any of the physical stores under the brand name "Dualtron Greece" nationwide. In case of return of the products and provided that the products have been previously received and checked by Dualtron Greece, the return of the money to the customer will be effected by canceling the credit card billing, which will be performed by Dualtron Greece.
• In the event that the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the e-shop has the right to claim compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products. The e-shop may also unilaterally and unconditionally offset partially or in total its claim to the customer.

Return of products which are considered defective upon delivery, at Dualtron Greece’s expense.

• If a product is defective upon delivery, the return of this product will be charged to Dualtron Greece. In this case, the return of the defective product can be made either by the customer himself at any store owned by Dualtron Greece under the trademark "Dualtron Greece" nationwide or by sending it by means of Dualtron Greece’s sole choice and expense, after agreement between the customer and Dualtron Greece personnel. The return of products that are considered defective upon delivery will be accepted within three (3) calendar days of delivery to the customer. At the same time, the product should not be damaged and have all the original documents accompanying it (e.g. shipping invoice, retail receipt and so on) as well as its full packaging.

Return of products at customer’s expense

• Return of products at customer’s expense can be made in cases where the customer for any reason other than the above has changed his mind and no longer wishes to purchase the product unless the withdrawal period mentioned below has expired. The return of the products can be done either by the customer himself at any store owned by Dualtron Greece under the trademark "Dualtron Greece" nationwide or by sending them at his expense after agreement between himself and Dualtron Greece personnel. In both cases mentioned above, the product must be returned in excellent condition along with all original documents accompanying it (e.g. shipping invoice, retail receipt and so on) as well as its full packaging. 
• In the event that the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the e-shop has the right to claim compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products. The e-shop may also unilaterally and unconditionally offset partially or in total its claim to the customer.

Withdrawal

• The buyer is entitled to cancel the goods without reason within five (5) business days from the date of delivery and receipt of the products sold, returning the goods in their original condition, with all their parts, the accompanying forms and their packaging in excellent condition. Return of the item is accepted only if the customer has first paid out in full all shipping and return costs paid for by the company.
• Cancelation of order when change of mind by customer after delivery after using/testing the product (excluding electronic parts that may not be returned after they have been used). In this case the customer is obliged to return the order in full by covering any shipping expenses that  may occur. Dualtron Greece is not liable to cover any shipping costs unless the product delivered is defective (DOA). In this case of return, Dualtron Greece will charge a restocking fee up to 100€ in order to cover technical inspection and restocking labours.
• Defects / deficiencies of agreed properties
• In order to deal with defects or deficiencies of agreed properties on the sold item, the provisions of the Civil Code apply. In order for an agreed property to be considered as such, it must be certified in writing by both parties.
• Note that the consumable items (e.g. pads, disc pads, electronics etc.) are NOT warranted.

10. Various

• The above terms and conditions of use of dualtron.gr, as well as any modification thereof, are governed by and supplemented by Greek law, European Union law and relevant international conventions.
  
• Any provision of these terms that becomes contrary to the laws of the State, automatically ceases to apply, without in any way undermining the validity of the other terms.
• These Terms of Use constitute the overall agreement between dualtron.gr and the users of its pages and services, dispel all previous written or oral agreements between the parties and bind only them.
• No change to these terms will be taken into account and will not form part of this agreement unless it has been drafted in writing and incorporated herein.
• In any case of unlawful or contrary to these Terms and Conditions use of the dualtron.gr website, all users are required to indemnify Dualtron Greece GP as well as Dualtron Greece for any positive and consequential damages.
